How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your MyFlightCareer account and associated personal data, send an email to:

info@myflightcareer.com

Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account credentials and authentication record
• Your email address and display name
• Your employee ID and profile preferences (base, fleet, seat, hire date, seniority numbers)
• Your subscription and payment history records held by us

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Transaction records required for tax or accounting compliance (typically 7 years)
• Records needed to prevent fraud or abuse

Payment records are held by Stripe under their own data retention policies. We do not store your card number or full payment details.

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before or alongside your deletion request to avoid future charges. Subscription cancellation can be managed through your account or by contacting us at the email above.
