By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility & Attestation

You represent that you are an active or authorized American Airlines pilot (or an authorized representative) and that you are permitted to use this service. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

3. Informational Use Only / No Reliance

The service provides informational data, analytics, and projections derived from multiple sources. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and may differ from official sources. You agree not to rely on the service as the sole basis for any career, financial, operational, or safety-related decisions and will verify critical information with official sources.

4. No Professional Advice

The service does not provide legal, financial, operational, or safety advice. Any content is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to share credentials or impersonate others. We may restrict or revoke access to protect the service or other users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access data you are not authorized to view.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Misuse or redistribute data in violation of law or contract.

7. Intellectual Property

We own the service and its software, designs, and content (except user-provided content). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

8. Third-Party Sources

Some data is provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability and are not responsible for changes or interruptions from those sources.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of opportunity, revenue, or employment outcomes) arising from use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution (Mediation to Arbitration)

Except as set forth in "Court-Access Carve-Outs" below, any dispute arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). If not resolved, it shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under AAA rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Court-Access Carve-Outs: Either party may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief, or other equitable relief, to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property, or other unlawful conduct. These actions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in East Tennessee, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflicts rules.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, security risks, or legal compliance.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If material changes are made, we will provide notice in the app or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
